Coming off the band’s appearance at Europe's biggest biker city event the Hamburg Harley Days Festival in Hamburg, Germany (on Friday, June 23rd), The Dead Daisies will return to the U.S. for three major U.S biker events and performances that follow up the band’s debut Full Throttle Saloon appearance during the Sturgis motorcycle rally last year. The confirmed performances are as follows: August 9 - The Full Throttle Saloon - Sturgis, SD September 1 - The Easyriders Rodeo - Chillicothe, OH 2 - Harley-Davidson Museum - Milwaukee, WI (The National H.O.G. Rally) “Riding gives you a sense of freedom,” explains singer John Corabi. “When your job, family, and daily pressures of life are weighing you down, you can fire up a bike, get on it and ride, and free yourself of everything. Plus, I think all men have an inner "bad boy" in them, and all women (deep inside) WANT a bad boy, as well. I have to admit I've felt a bit "tougher" while I'm riding...that is, until I chipped a nail…LOL.” In addition to these three colossal bike events, The Dead Daisies are working with 12 of the largest Harley-Davidson dealers in the country as part of their Rock N Ride promotion to support their Dirty Dozen National Tour. This promotion will enable Harley-Davidson owners and customers in the appearance markets to have the chance to win tickets to the bands shows and a chance to meet the band. On July 7th, legendary rock vocalist Graham Bonnet returns with a new live album and home video captured during his acclaimed performance at Frontiers Rock Festival III in Trezzo (Milan, Italy) on April 24th, 2016. A video for “Stand In Line” from the upcoming Live… Here Comes The Night release is available for streaming below.
Accompanied by a stellar band featuring founding member Beth-Ami Heavenstone on bass, South American guitar sensation Conrado Pesinato on lead guitar, and Mark Zonder (known for his work with Warlord and Fates Warning) on drums, Bonnet masterfully delivered a thrilling “Best of” set which included songs from his stints with bands such as Rainbow, McAuley Schenker Group, Alcatrazz, Impellitteri, and of course his solo material too. Bonnet says: "It's been a very long time since I last released a live video, 33 years to be exact, with Alcatrazz. Myself and the band were very excited to film and record our performance at the Frontiers Rock Festival for a live album and video and are very happy with the final result!” Bonnet has a powerful and distinctive vocal style and, indeed, a distinctive image - preferring to let the music, rather than the conventional heavy metal look, do the talking. The Graham Bonnet Band has spent the last two years touring regularly around the world and this past winter, released his latest successful release, The Book. With the band and Bonnet fine-tuned from all their touring when they got to Frontiers Rock Festival, this stellar set that was captured there makes for a new live album that will blow GBB (and heavy rock fans in general) away! CD-DVD/Blu-Ray: “Eyes Of The World” “All Night Long” “S.O.S.” “Stand In Line” “Will You Be Home Tonight” “Jet To Jet” “Night Games” “Suffer Me” “Dancer” “Desert Song” “Island In The Sun” “Since You Been Gone” “Assault Attack” “Lost In Hollywood” “Stand In Line” video:

On April 25, Warren DeMartini of RATT took part in a special event at The Music Zoo in Roslyn, New York. Hosted by Andy Aledort of Guitar World, the night featured a conversation segment with Warren talking about his Charvel series, along with guitar demonstrations and a question-and-answer session. Check out video footage below.
The reunited RATT, featuring three members of the band's classic lineup — DeMartini, singer Stephen Pearcy and bassist Juan Croucier — has played several shows so far this year after reforming in 2016 in the midst of a highly publiced legal battle with drummer Bobby Blotzer over the rights to the RATT name. They were joined at the gigs by former QUIET RIOT guitarist Carlos Cavazo, who played on RATT's last studio album, 2010's "Infestation", and drummer Jimmy DeGrasso, who previously played with Y&T, WHITE LION and MEGADETH, among others. Last November, a California judge ruled against Blotzer with respect to whether Croucier had committed trademark infringement by using the RATT name and logo to advertise his band RATT'S JUAN CROUCIER back in the fall 2015. The judge furthermore decided that the corporation WBS, Inc. — of which Blotzer and DeMartini were thought to be the sole shareholders — did not have ownership interest in the RATT marks and that the name and brand was still owned by the members who were part of the original RATT partnership agreement. In addition to claiming to have expelled Blotzer from the partnership following the latest court ruling, DeMartini, Croucier and singer Stephen Pearcy said that Blotzer could now only refer to himself as a "former member of RATT," as per the partnership agreement.

Broken Teeth, led by former Dangerous Toys frontman Jason McMaster, have released a video for "Never Dead", taken off the new album 4 On The Floor, released April 21st via EMP Label Group.
Twenty years after seizing power in Austin, Texas, rock-roll battering squad Broken Teeth throw it's hardest punch ever after signing with Megadeth bassist David Ellefson and former Corporate Punishment President Thom Hazaert at their powerhouse EMP Label Group.
"I've had my eyes and ears on Broken Teeth for a few years now and have a history with singer Jason McMaster," Ellefson said. "It was only a matter of time until I found a way to partner with them. Given their reputation as a crushing live act, along with their previous string of classic, underground hard-rock albums, I couldn't be more proud to welcome Broken Teeth to the EMP family and help them share their music with an even wider audience." Once described as "a pissed-off AC/DC," Broken Teeth has evolved into a hard-rock / heavy metal bomb blast built on the swaggering boogie of bad-boy blues. Not surprisingly, 4 On The Floor continues the band's gritty legacy with odes to the rebellious, forbidden love of rock-n-roll (the slow-stomping "Sinful"); standing proud as a loner (the riotous burner, "House Of Damnation"); life on the rock-n-roll highway to hell (the bluesy shuffle of "Borrowed Time"); and the ultimate salute to legendary Motorhead mainman, Lemmy Kilmister (the appropriately rollicking "Never Dead", which was written before Lemmy's passing). "We don't really do tributes, but Lemmy and the kind of rock-n-roll he did is what we're all about," said Broken Teeth guitarist Jared Tuten. "It just felt right for Broken Teeth to immortalize him forever."

Mr. Big are streaming the new song “Mean To Me”, featured on the band’s upcoming new album, Defying Gravity. Listen below.
Full format details and a slightly delayed release date have been announced for Defying Gravity, pushing it back from the previously announced street date of July 7th. The album will be available on CD, LP, deluxe CD/DVD, and digitally on July 21st, and a deluxe Collector’s Edition box set will be available on August 18th which includes deluxe CD/DVD, LP, poster, numbered lithograph, t-shirt, sticker. The box set is strictly limited to 500 copies worldwide. Defying Gravity deftly showcases that patented Mr. Big blend of crunch and melody, from the freight-train ride of opening cut "Open Your Eyes" to the harmony-laden wonderment of "Damn I'm In Love Again" to the grateful/wistful nostalgia of "1992" (recalling the days when the band was flying high atop the singles charts with their international #1 smash "To Be With You") to the barnburning slide-blues closer, "Be Kind”. Overall, Defying Gravity is prime evidence that the only thing Mr. Big remains tethered to is their ongoing pursuit of achieving creative excellence. Original members Eric Martin (lead vocals), Paul Gilbert (guitars), Billy Sheehan (bass) and Pat Torpey (drums) reunited with producer Kevin Elson (who was behind the boards for the band’s 1989 self-titled debut, 1991’s Lean Into It and 1993’s Bump Ahead) for an intensive six-day recording session in Los Angeles. While Torpey was unable to perform some of the songs on Defying Gravity due to a recent diagnosis of Parkinson's disease, Matt Starr has been filling in for him on a majority of the album. Starr also been touring with the band for the past couple of years, with Torpey able to play a couple of songs at each stop. “It was great to get back in the studio with our original producer, Kevin Elson,” says guitarist Paul Gilbert. “Kevin recorded all of our original classic albums from the ‘80s and ‘90s, and we immediately felt that magic chemistry with him on Defying Gravity. We basically played live in the studio. Over the years, we’ve all had a chance to experiment with every recording technique possible, but it’s still always the best just to play together as a band. Most of my guitar solos were tracked live with the band. I’ve worked hard on my improvisation in the last few years, and it really paid off on this record…both melodically, and on the face-melting stuff.”
Defying Gravity tracklisting:
