Sweet & Lynch – Stryper vocalist Michael Sweet and Lynch Mob/Dokken guitarist George Lynch – will release their sophomore album this fall via Frontiers Records. The lineup will be same as the 2015’s Only To Rise featuring Sweet, Lynch, bassist James Lomenzo, and drummer Brian Tichy. The new album is finished and new song “Promised Land” will be released this Friday, July 28th.
Sweet says, “I’'m blessed and honored to be a part of what many are calling the most anticipated rock release of 2017!! Sweet & Lynch is back and our first song is coming this Friday, July 28th ‘Promised Land’ - Are you ready? Man we are!”
As the lead vocalist of the legendary female rock band Vixen, Janet Gardner's powerful vocals propelled Vixen to the top of the Billboard charts with crossover hits "Edge Of A Broken Heart" and "Cryin’'" and AOR rockers "How Much Love" and "Love Is A Killer”. Vixen toured extensively, grinding out 200 shows per year, opening for the likes of Deep Purple, Ozzy Osbourne, The Scorpions, KISS, and Bon Jovi.
In an era primarily dominated by male rock musicians, Vixen's all-female lineup didn't come without its struggles. But their undeniable musicianship, matched with Gardner's unique and powerful vocal style, propelled the band quickly to Gold Album status and earned the band critically acclaimed success that is still celebrated to this day on the likes of Sirius XM, MTV/VH-1 Classic, and nationally syndicated specialty radio shows. Vixen, along with their predecessors, helped pave the way for the current wave and success of female-fronted acts such as Halestorm, In This Moment, The Pretty Reckless, and many others.
Teaming up with guitarist/songwriter/producer Justin James (who has worked with members of Staind, Collective Soul, and Tyketto), Gardner ventured into the solo realm to unleash a new side of her musical creativity. Together, Janet and Justin have penned a collection of emotionally charged songs with gritty grooves, infectious hooks, and inspired lyrics that merge hard rock influences from the last four decades.
The result is a perfect blend of modern hard rock with a touch of old school flare that will turn the heads of generations of rock fans. The self-titled Janet Gardner album hits shelves on August 18th, released through Pavement Entertainment (North America) and Eternal Sounds Records (Europe). The album will be available both digitally and in retail stores.
Janet Gardner has once again proven herself as a leader in the female-fronted hard rock world.

Revolution Saints Featuring Members Of Journey, The Dead Daisies, Night Ranger Debut "Light In The Dark" Video; New Album Details Revealed
After the 2015 release of the self-titled debut album by Revolution Saints - Deen Castronovo (ex-Journey, Bad English), Doug Aldrich (The Dead Daisies, ex-Whitesnake, Duo), Jack Blades (Night Ranger, Damn Yankees)—rock fans around the world rejoiced at the inspired musical offering. Those fans will, once again, have cause for celebration as Revolution Saints will be releasing their second album later this year. Today, the band has released a video for the title track, which can be seen below.
Light In The Dark is due out October 13th. The album will be available on CD, CD/DVD Deluxe Edition (includes live bonus tracks on the CD and on the DVD, footage from the band’s first-ever live performance captured at Frontiers Rock Festival in Milan this past April, a “Making Of” mini-documentary, and music videos for “Light In The Dark” and “I Wouldn’t Change A Thing”), Vinyl, and as a special Limited Edition Box Set (includes the Deluxe Edition CD/DVD, 180g Vinyl, T-shirt (size L), poster, lithograph and sticker).
For Light In The Dark, Revolution Saints once again teamed up with producer/songwriter Alessandro Del Vecchio (Hardline, Jorn), who was also behind the boards for the band’s debut album. Most of Light In The Dark was recorded at Del Vecchio’s studios in Somma Lombardo, Italy, with additional recording taking place at Blades’ studio in Washington, Aldrich’s CasaDala studio in Los Angeles, and other countries all over the world while Aldrich was on tour with The Dead Daisies.
“This is a fun band!” exclaims bassist Jack Blades. “I think the fans are going to pick up on the excitement and the shear musical enjoyment we are having. It was great going to Italy to get the album started and film the videos, and the music speaks for itself.”
“’Light In The Dark’ is such a great song,” continues singer/drummer Deen Castronovo. “It was the first one we recorded. We ran through it a few times and nailed it in the first couple takes. We're so excited for everyone to hear this record. We're very happy with what we came up with and can't wait to bring it to everyone live.”
As guitarist Doug Aldrich proclaims, “I’m very excited about Revolution Saints’ second record! First I want to say that it's because of huge support from the fans that RS2 happened. Thank you. If you liked #1, I think you'll love this one even more. It’s stronger, and a bit heavier in some spots. We tried a few new things and we can’t wait for our fans to hear it! There’s a very good chance we’ll finally get to play live and we’re currently exploring the possibilities of a tour. For now, get ready, because the album kicks ass and it's comin’ at you real soon!”
Revolution Saints was born from the vision of Frontiers' President, Serafino Perugino, who for years had hoped to work on a project highlighting Deen Castronovo’s amazing vocal abilities. Having previously worked with all three artists on different projects on Frontiers, having Castronovo, Blades and Aldrich on board together was a dream come true for Perugino.
This time, with one album already under their belt, Revolution Saints entered the studio to record the new album more familiar with one another and a clear understanding of where they wanted this to go. As with the first album, Castronovo’s superb vocal talents are in the spotlight on this release and deservedly so. Pretty impressive for a man who is most widely known for his incredible drumming talents. Jack Blades really needs no introduction at this point, but for those who have been living under a rock, his bass and vocal talents are well documented over the years through his work with Night Ranger, Damn Yankees, Shaw/Blades, and more. And, of course, a major feature is the fiery and intense playing from former Whitesnake and DIO guitarist Doug Aldrich, whose blistering guitar fretwork is on full display here.
Light In The Dark builds off the classic melodic rock style of the debut, but fans should prepare for a somehow even more inspired set and a few (pleasant) surprises. Inspiring, uplifting, emotionally powerful, and thoughtful, this album WILL be the soundtrack to many a moment in your life.

Accept have released an official lyric video for “Koolaid”, a track from their upcoming new album, The Rise Of Chaos, out on August 4th via Nuclear Blast Records. Watch the new clip below.
The band's fourth studio release through Nuclear Blast will continue the tradition of its three predecessors - Blood Of The Nations, Stalingrad, and Blind Rage - with grandeur and precision. Get your physical copy, here, or digitally here.
The cover artwork of the new record was created by the Hungarian artist Gyula Havancsák.
"The Rise Of Chaos is something I have been thinking about often. Wherever we go - there is some hidden as well as some visible destruction and it kind of changes the world we know. What was there today - can be gone tomorrow and it’s somehow irritating, because it happens on so many levels and no one knows what comes next. The cover is our last stage set - but now clearly “destroyed" - like… after a catastrophe", explains Wolf Hoffmann.
The Rise Of Chaos tracklisting:
“Die By The Sword”
“Hole In The Head”
“The Rise Of Chaos”
“What’s Done Is Done”
“Carry The Weight”
“Race To Extinction”

Accept will celebrate the album's live premiere exclusively on August 3rd, on the day before its release, as a part of a special show at Wacken Open Air, Germany. The set will consist of three parts, which represent the band's creative power:
Part 1 will bring fans a classic Accept set, packed with new and old hits. Part 2 will present another premiere: Wolf Hoffmann will be playing tracks from his solo album Headbangers Symphony, released in 2016, with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra for the very first time. On this record, Wolf has covered famous opuses by composers such as Beethoven, Vivaldi, and Mozart, in a metal guise. And in Part 3, all elements can be seen and heard together: Accept will make the holy Wacken ground shake by sharing the stage with the orchestra, supported by a complex multimedia show.
This unique concert experience will take place on this year's Night To Remember which makes it even more special. The Night To Remember is a celebrated, long-lasting Wacken tradition; for one night of the festival a selection of established bands will do something unique and special with their performance.
Wolf Hoffmann stated: "It's always impressive to see how bands take this evening seriously and how much love the artists and the organising team put into their work to get a varied result. It's a great tradition which underlines and documents the top-notch level of the international rock community like nothing else. We also want to present something that Accept has never done before, we hope we can give something really special to the fans."
"Accept have been and are still a very important part of Germany's heavy metal scene. We're really looking forward to having them with us once more. With this epic concept, the Thursday evening will be one to remember for sure," stated Thomas Jensen, organizer of Wacken Open Air.

Lynch Mob’s new album, The Brotherhood, will be released on Friday, September 8th via Rat Pak Records. Check out a video for the album’s opening track “Main Offender” below, and pre-order the album at this location.
Produced by Chris "The Wizard" Collier (Flotsam And Jetsam, Prong, KXM), The Brotherhood features 11 brand new hard rock tracks. This album will surely resonate with long time fans of the band, as well as those longing for that good ol' hard rock sound and feel."The Brotherhood highlights the unique pairing of Oni Logan and George Lynch, and along with Sean McNabb (bass) and Jimmy D’Anda (drums), the band has created a solid offering from start to finish. From the heavy guitar riffs of the opening track “Main Offender” to the melodic album finale ”Miles Away”, Lynch Mob have once again proven they remain on top of their game and at the top of their genre!
On the subject of Lynch Mob’s new record, Oni Logan comments, “After doing quite a few miles together with this latest lineup of Sean McNabb and Jimmy D’Anda, we consider ourselves a pack of wolves, and we came up with the name The Brotherhood for the title of the next Lynch Mob album. It’s got more of an adventurous sound in part and maybe a darker, colder sound to it. We are always willing to go farther. We come from the early 90’s and it's when we released the first Lynch Mob album which set a sound and course for us. Here we are 27 years later, George and I are still able to keep on stretching. As a player, as a writer, that is very important to us. Otherwise we would be fooling ourselves and fooling you”.
George Lynch adds, "We wrote this album as a band and the name of the record reflects what the band is about, and what all my bands have been about since I've been a kid. This is my second family. These are my brothers. You go through a lot together and have a lot of experiences together. And that then becomes a part of the music."
“Mr. Jekyll And Hyde”
“I'll Take Miami”
“Last Call Lady”
“Where We Started”
“The Forgotten Maiden's Pearl”
“Until the Sky Comes Down”
“Black Heart Days”
“Dog Town Mystics”
“Until I Get My Gold” (bonus track)
